Customer-facing pages (coverage info, quote forms, FAQ) are public. Our back-office tools require staff to sign in, and access to deal and customer records is scoped by role at the database level so users only see the records they are authorized to work on.

The site and back-office app are hosted on the Lovable Cloud platform, which provides managed application hosting, database, authentication, and file storage. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Better Rate Auto is responsible for application logic, access rules, and customer communications; the platform is responsible for the underlying infrastructure.

When you request a quote, ask a question, or complete a customer intake we collect the information you provide (such as your name, contact details, ZIP code, and vehicle information) so we can prepare an accurate quote and follow up about coverage options. We do not sell personal information.

The site uses cookies and similar technologies that are needed for the site to function (such as keeping you signed in to back-office tools) and basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. Disabling cookies may affect form submissions and authenticated areas.

Lead, quote, customer, and deal records are retained while they are needed to service your inquiry or active coverage and to meet our recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you have shared with us, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
